Coffee Central
Coffee Central offers an opportunity for you to meet and greet friends and neighbors while enjoying a hot cup of coffee or tea and a delicious donut. Every Sunday, between the two services, in the Fellowship Hall members of the congregation volunteer to host this special weekly event. It's a great way for new members to get acquainted.
You are invited to be a volunteer host by signing up on the huge green chart posted in the Fellowship Hall. Coffee making procedures are posted in the kitchen. It is VERY SIMPLE, and there is always someone around who is more than willing to assist first time servers. A standing order of donuts needs to be picked up at the Elk Sweet Shop (108 River Street) before noon on Saturday. You can bring other goodies, if you wish, at your own expense.
That's all it takes...give it a shot...you'll be glad you did!
If you would like to help, there is a sign-up sheet in the Fellowship Hall, or you can contact Lynda Nichols (264-6023) until November when Paul and Vi Patchen handle the duties.
Thank you to the persons and groups listed at right who served on the Coffee Central Ministry Team, November 2009 through April 2010.
Coffee Central will pump you up!

Vi and Paul Patchen could be called Mr. & Mrs. Coffee Central because they are the embodiment of hospitality. Coffee Central began so that members who attend the two services could mingle and fellowship together. Vi and Paul schedule the hosts for Coffee Central during the winter months. Their leadership style is refreshing.
