Sunday School for All Ages….

Infant – 3 year old program:  This wonderful class is located in the nursery by the front entrance to the church.  We use a simple curriculum that teaches through the use of stories, song, and plays the important message of how much Jesus loves us all.  Melissa is our Nursery Coordinator and Teacher.  She offers a stability and warmth for our littlest church members.  Nursery is available during the 8:30 a.m. service and the 10:00 a.m. service.

4 year old program:  This class is located downstairs in Sunday School room #4.  This is a wonderful program designed for that transitional year between leaving the nursery and heading for kindergarten.  This program is geared specifically for 4 year olds.  They have a lot of fun on Sunday mornings.  This class is held during the 10:00 a.m. worship service.

Kindergarten – 5^th grade program: This is a station based program.  Children meet as one large group at the beginning of class.  After the “whole group gathering” time children break into two smaller groups, K-2^nd grade and 3^rd – 5^th grade.  These groups do a variety of activities including, singing, stories, science, videos, games, crafts, and cooking.  One week they will do one of two activities and the following week they will do the next activity or station.  This way kids will get to experience the great stories in the bible through multiple sensory activities.  This class is held during the 10:00 a.m. worship service. 

6^th – 12^th grade program:  This program is conducted in the Lighthouse across the street.  Please see Lighthouse Youth link for more details.

Parenting Class:  This class is conducted in the Fellowship Hall, across from the Sanctuary, during the 10:00 a.m. worship service. 

Topical Sunday School Class:  This class is conducted in the Fellowship Hall, across from the Sanctuary, during the 10:00 a.m. worship service. 

There is a wonderful Coffee time between services (9:30 -10:00 a.m.).  Adults can enjoy coffee and a treat in the Fellowship Hall.  Children are welcome to head downstairs to their classrooms for treats and some fun before their classes start.  Lighthouse kids also have their own snacks during this time. 

Our Sunday School programs are held until May 18, 2008.  We do not hold Sunday School during the summer months.  Regular Sunday School resumes on Sunday, September 14, 2008.

Summer Programs

Children’s Church begins June 8, 2008 – September 7, 2008

Children’s Church is held during the 10:00 a.m. service ONLY.  Children attend church with their parents for the first part of the service.  They are dismissed to attend Children’s Church AFTER the Children's Sermon.  Children’s Church is held downstairs in room #2.
